This is Sam E. G., our silver dual registered AKC and APRI sire. He is very laid back and loves to chase birds in the yard. He certainly is a lover, not a fighter. His favorite things are butter, golf balls, eating, and flushing deer or birds from the pasture. Sam is terrified of the puppies and will do his best to run and hide when they are on the loose.

On your left is a picture of Sam right after we brought him home, lying with Grace on our bed. We found Sam in Nebraska and bought him sight unseen at about 12 weeks old.

Pictured here are "Big Z" and Purple Girl. Big Z was the biggest boy in our June 2008 litter and "pick of the litter".  Why no one chose him, we'll never know; however after losing our Boxer, Dexter, to cancer in January 2009, we decided to keep Big Z.  He is now Zeek E. G. You can see how light their eyes are, turning from a bright blue to varying shades of green as they mature.

This is Zeek (Big Z) today with his pouty face, sad ears and teensy-biting the rope bone.
