YMe Kennels, located approximately 3.5 miles east of Belle Fourche, South Dakota raises purebred Weimaraner dogs.  While not a large kennel by any stretch of the imagination, YMe Kennels is dedicated to breeding and raising the most family-friendly Weimaraners you can find.  We have one breeding pair, Sam E. G., a dual registered, German-bred AKC and APRI male, and GracE G, an APRI female with the elusive blue in her pedigree.

Our dogs and puppies are home-raised, meaning they live WITH us.  Our puppies are born in our home and spend their younger days with us...most oftentimes living in our bathroom as they age.  They hang out with our three children, spend time on the couch watching TV, vegitate watching movies on the kids' beds and are a part of our family. Our family grows from five to upwards of fifteen about every 18 months when GracE has her puppies.

We strive to raise healthy, athletic, well-mannered puppies, ready to do whatever you are looking for...whether you're looking for a hunting dog, a family dog or a therapy dog for your child with cerebral palsy.  Our pups have done it all! We currently have past puppies that work in law enforcement, as "helper" dogs for the disabled, and phenomenal hunters...including big game and birds.

As of January 22, 2010, we have a fresh litter of puppies.  4 girls and 6 boys who will be ready for new homes when they are about 6 weeks old.  All pups have their tails docked and dew claws removed. They had their first set of 7 way vaccinations on March 7.
